From methodical planning to tool construction, our clients always receive valuable support, whether for prototypes or serial parts. Throughout the entire production process, we keep close interaction. For a smooth process, we provide customers with a single point of contact. 

For data exchange, the most popular formats such as IGES, Parasolid, STEP, Unigraphics, VDAFS und Catia are used. Furthermore an Odette-line is available for data transmission.

For 3D CAD software we use Solid Edge. For the CAM connection we use CAM Master, CAM and Esprit Solid Wire Mill Production, Free Form 3X Platinum and solid Wire.

We always take the economics and feasibility into consideration: including metal forming simulations and manufacturing assessments.  In case of complex analysis, we have access to the know-how and capabilities of the Institute of Forming Technology and Lightweight Construction at the Technical University of Dortmund.
